Special courses offered for South African Police Services, Traffic Officers, Bodyguards, Security companies consisting of techniques from KRAV MAGA which is an unarmed close contact fighting system. 

This will teach you how to evaluate a situation and the level of threat, and how to respond appropriately.  Its not a martial art and its not a sport, it’s a popular self defense system world wide, not only for military and law enforcement, but for civilian law.  It’s an extremely practical fighting system, designed for real life situations for hand to hand and hand to weapon combat. 

The basic principles will help you TAKE OUT – or neutralize – the attacker as quickly and as simple as possible, while minimizing the risk of injury to one self.  For example:  disarming knives, guns and most weapons.  Training is done in a simulated, real live environment.

Special self defense courses for ladies, kids, men and elderly people, consisting of eg. Awareness techniques, anti-rape techniques which is made up of moves from Brazilian Jui-Jitsu, Grappling, Vale Tudo as well as close, mid and far range attacking and defending.
